<\/span><span style=\"color: #5c6c7c;\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong>\u00e9tica empresarial<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\"> implica establecer y difundir valores desde la alta direcci\u00f3n hasta todos los niveles de la organizaci\u00f3n, incluidos los \u00f3rganos de gobierno. Para lograrlo, las empresas establecen una <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #5c6c7c;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">pol\u00edtica de integridad<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">, la cual tiene como objetivo fomentar est\u00e1ndares de cumplimiento y responsabilidades para todas las partes interesadas.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-right:0;margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-left:0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">En este sentido, la <\/span><span style=\"color: #5c6c7c;\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong>Ley General de Responsabilidades Administrativas en su art\u00edculo 25<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\"> establece que toda persona moral debe contar con una pol\u00edtica de integridad. Esta ley establece los p<\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #5c6c7c;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">rincipios b\u00e1sicos para el ejercicio \u00e9tico del servicio p\u00fablico y la conducta empresarial<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">. Adoptar una pol\u00edtica de integridad alineada con esta ley demuestra el <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #5c6c7c;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">compromiso de la empresa con la legalidad y la \u00e9tica<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\"> en todas sus operaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">La pol\u00edtica de integridad basada en esta ley aborda de manera proactiva los conflictos de inter\u00e9s, estableciendo mecanismos claros para identificar, gestionar y evitar situaciones en las que los intereses personales puedan influir indebidamente en las decisiones empresariales, por lo tanto, <\/span><span style=\"color: #5c6c7c;\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong>contribuye a la transparencia y evita posibles sanciones por pr\u00e1cticas irregulares<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">De acuerdo con la Ley General de Responsabilidades Administrativas (LGRA), establece que <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #5c6c7c;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">la pol\u00edtica de integridad se compone con los siguientes en el que se delimiten las funciones y responsabilidades de cada una de sus \u00e1reas, y que especifique claramente las distintas cadenas de mando y de liderazgo en toda la
