class=\"stk-highlight\">, para asegurar y garantizar la objetividad, imparcialidad y confidencialidad, es importante contar con tres roles clave para realizar la gesti\u00f3n de las denuncias con el debido cumplimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Estos roles son establecidos por diferentes referencias y gu\u00edas de buenas pr\u00e1cticas, como lo es la <\/span><span style=\"color: #5c6c7c;\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong>ISO 37002:2021<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">. En esta gu\u00eda recomienda los roles clave que describiremos a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"oficial-de-cumplimiento\" style=\"font-size:clamp(1.146rem, 1.146rem + ((1vw - 0.2rem) * 1.189), 1.8rem);\"><span style=\"color: #162c44;\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong>Oficial de cumplimiento<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-3 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0;flex-basis:56%\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Dentro de la implementaci\u00f3n de un canal de denuncias y un programa de cumplimiento, es importante el oficial de cumplimiento, ya que este es el responsable de <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #5c6c7c;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">revisar, comprobar, monitorizar y evaluar, procesos y procedimientos<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">, con el objetivo de <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #5c6c7c;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">garantizar el buen funcionamiento del programa de cumplimiento<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">En un canal de denuncias, el oficial de cumplimiento <\/span>es responsable de <strong><span style=\"color: #5c6c7c;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">gestionar de las denuncias<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">, es decir, sus actividades dentro del canal de denuncias se contempla el<strong> <\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #5c6c7c;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">recopilar y analizar informaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\"> del denunciado, testigos, y en su caso del denunciante, con el fin de establecer medidas correspondientes seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n<strong> <\/strong>recibida.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:44%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized has-custom-border is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"901\" height=\"601\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.lecosy.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/imagen-blog-80.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5340\" style=\"border-radius:15px;width:411px;height:275px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-4 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:0;padding-bottom:0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"padding-top:0;padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0;flex-basis:56%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"auditoria\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);font-size:clamp(1.146rem, 1.146rem + ((1vw - 0.2rem) * 1.189), 1.8rem);\"><span style=\"color: #162c44;\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong>Auditor\u00eda<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Por otro lado, el rol del auditor es fundamental durante la gesti\u00f3n de las denuncias. Esta importancia radica en diversos factores. El primer factor es que, en caso de existir un conflicto de intereses en la denuncia con el oficial de cumplimiento, el auditor debe <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #5c6c7c;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">gestionar la denuncia, asegurando la imparcialidad y objetividad de la misma<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Adem\u00e1s, el auditor es el responsable de evaluar que el proceso de gesti\u00f3n, las medidas impuestas, y dem\u00e1s criterios de resoluci\u00f3n y cierre del expediente, se realicen con el debido cumplimiento seg\u00fan las pol\u00edticas de cumplimiento y normatividad aplicable, por lo que parte de sus responsabilidades es garantizar que las acciones de no conformidad se establezca el <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #5c6c7c;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">tratamiento correspondiente para mantener el cumplimiento y mejora continua<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"director\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:0;font-size:clamp(1.146rem, 1.146rem + ((1vw - 0.2rem) * 1.189), 1.8rem);\"><span style=\"color: #162c44;\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong>Director<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);flex-basis:44%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized has-custom-border is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"901\" height=\"601\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.lecosy.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/imagen-blog-80-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5362\" style=\"border-radius:15px;width:411px;height:275px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-5 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:0;padding-bottom:0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0;flex-basis:56%\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Finalmente, el proceso de la gesti\u00f3n de las denuncias requiere del director general, ya que las propuestas de las medidas de resoluci\u00f3n del oficial de cumplimiento, o en su defecto, por el auditor, deben ser aprobadas con el director. Esto asegura que todas <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #5c6c7c;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">las acciones se desarrollen dentro de los par\u00e1metros estrat\u00e9gicos de la organizaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">, cumpliendo con los requisitos legales y fiscales, los procedimientos empresariales, as\u00ed como las pol\u00edticas y regulaciones tanto internas como externas que rigen en la empresa.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow
