existe obligaci\u00f3n de registrarse puede generar consecuencias que van m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de una sanci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica. La Ley Federal del Trabajo establece multas para quien presta servicios sin el registro correspondiente y tambi\u00e9n para quien se beneficia de una subcontrataci\u00f3n realizada en contravenci\u00f3n a la ley.
