La <strong>regla<\/strong> <strong>2.8.1.21<\/strong> de la RMF obliga a la empresa a establecer procedimientos para que el propio beneficiario controlador notifique cualquier cambio. Una transmisi\u00f3n de acciones, un cambio de domicilio o una modificaci\u00f3n en los \u00f3rganos de administraci\u00f3n pueden modificar la informaci\u00f3n del beneficiario controlador y detonar la necesidad de actualizaci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-09148f1\" data-block-id=\"09148f1\"><style>.stk-09148f1{margin-bottom:50px !important}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">Aunque la obligaci\u00f3n formal recae en la entidad, el evento que genera la actualizaci\u00f3n suele originarse en la esfera del propio beneficiario controlador. Por ello, contar con mecanismos de comunicaci\u00f3n y seguimiento es clave para evitar que la empresa detecte un cambio cuando el plazo legal ya haya transcurrido.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-f1108aa\" data-block-id=\"f1108aa\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">La <strong>regla 2.8.1.21<\/strong> de la Resoluci\u00f3n Miscel\u00e1nea Fiscal no solo exige conservar y actualizar la informaci\u00f3n: exige que la empresa establezca procedimientos debidamente documentados para la identificaci\u00f3n de los beneficiarios controladores, as\u00ed como para mantener actualizada la informaci\u00f3n del expediente. Esa obligaci\u00f3n recae en la empresa, no en el beneficiario controlador de forma espont\u00e1nea. Requiere coordinaci\u00f3n entre quienes generan los cambios en la estructura corporativa, quienes administran la informaci\u00f3n y quienes deben documentar el cumplimiento.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"guten-element guten-accordions guten-41hCHv\">\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><div class=\"accordion-heading\"><div class=\"accordion-icon\"><span class=\"accordion-icon-open\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span><\/div><span class=\"accordion-text\"><strong>1.
